one of the pathetic service provider no details are available on any customer care. from last three days they are harassing me like any thing. i have made my DTH recharge on 27th october’2011 with success ful transaction id 967506 by retailer number 9871522684 and that recharge still not process to my account. i have made proper follow up from the side of retailer that transaction is successful from their side with Rs. 300 at 8:10 p.m. on 27th October 2011. also i have made so many complains on DTH customer care on 13093017 – 13072990 – 13076592. but no solution receive till yet from their side……….

I SUGGEST TO ALL MY FRIENDS TO NOT TO USE ANY KIND OF SERVICES FROM AIRTEL LIKE DTH AND MOBILE INTERNET ETC…………

Poor Service and showing no intention to improve Airtel DTH

Complaint number – 3072233

Complaint – unable to receive English movie channels like Star Movies ,
HBO , Zee MGM , Discovery channel etc.

I don’t understand why such a reputed company like Airtel ,uses such
pathetic customer care service.

They keep giving you the same reply -” It will be rectified in 30 minutes ”

And the next time you call , U will have to start from scratch , explaining problems

It takes 3 minutes to finally get hold of a human voice – do not value customer time

TATASKy goes away when there is Heavy Rain it might be the issue of Satellet telecast and receiver problem… But Viewers are not getting proper service due to this

Iam Suraj from Nepal a student of masscommunication who has passed clas 12.Dishtv came at first then came tata sky and bigtv.When i looked website of bigtv then i find that among the dth service in India Bigtv Dth is worst becuse it is very hard for consumer to select channels in Bigtv.
In Nepal DTH service is banned by law but in villages lots of Dishtv and less tatasky can be seen but in town there are less number of DTH and people hide so that cable operator will not see th DISH antenna.
Pokhara the place where I lives falls the maximum rain in Nepal but there is no disturbance in signal of Dishtv as my cable owners shows zeetv from dishtv and zeenews from tatasky .But tatasky disturbs when rainfalls.
