I recieved this e-mail from one Mr Jawahar Sharma and found it quite funny so I will share this with all of you I hope Mr Sharma wont mind.
When I surf the BSNL Site 1st time about 4-5 months back I found that BSNL is No. 1 ISP in India. I ask my son to apply for the connection.
Now even 4 Months had been passed to applied for connection. Still waiting for the connection. When we tried for the refund of connection charges we get the reply for refund you have to wait for another 2 months.

Sirs, I like to inform you that I have complained several times for the past few months and I feel very sorry that I have chosen bsnl broad band.Service is very very bad and till now nobody has attended my complaint.
