I have taken I/net connection 15 days back. At that time i was given my user id and password as follows by bsnl authorities. Tel No.xxxxx
userid: xxxxh
password: xxxx
all small letters without spacing. Accordingly iam using net regularly and logging in properly. When i want to check the usage iam not able to login to my account. The id and password are rightly typed. yet iam not able to login to check my usage particulars. Password i was given as password only in the beginning. Now i want to change it. Early reply will be appreciated.

In my area all other broadband are working properly but my network is not working properly. some website s not opening and it may some times shows error, can u tel any suggestion.
