The service is terrible & to add to your agony the wireless net access is not possible with the IPTV present in your system. Guessed Right! I had to give up the trial. And now I find the Broadband service detoriated as the speed of downloading is 3/7 kb per sec. only. Is this broadband or line modem working. Interestingly, the service detoriates by Friday of the week & by Monday again some how comes back. I wonder the reason & can BSNL Calcutta please help to get this corrected.
