In India internet connectivity is in a state of mess an some of the internet service providers like sify broadband for instance treat customers like dirt. The only isp which is said to have good customer service and well trained staff is airtel broadband and to some extent reliance broadband. Bsnl broadband is available across the country but their customer support is nonexistant.
You can see a lot of membrs at the India broadband forum moaning about the quality of service they recieve from their respective isp and the amount of downtime they get every month.
I am hoping that things get better here in India with more competetion amongst the isps and they provide better customer support to their customers.
