I request all the readers to never ever take the “Reliance BIG TV” connection.
I can say this is one of the worst out of the worst company/service that I have ever seen.
I am more than 100% dissatisfied with the services/customer support that has been provided by Reliance BIG TV group. (sorry, actually there is no service from customer care end at all.)

Four weeks back i had paid money and taken a Big TV connection from City Electronics , opp Mangalore Bus Stand. To the disgust many times i contacted the dealer as he had told within two days it will be connected, also the customer care, were i didnt get any proper response, they will just say within two days it will be connected. I want to the whole world know, that they should never take BIG TV in their life its BIG NONSENCE, without NO BIG CARE.

the persons and things say that bigtv is going to accquire the market.but according to my experience..the bigtv is not all giving a good customer suupport..for solving the simple issue..the need 5 to6 days..and by repetative calling also.they are not solving the issues…and the bigtv has no features..to send a message or any thing like that..so ,i recomend not to buy it out
I was promised three months back when i took the connection that the channel ‘Colors’ will be part of the package soon. After a lot of request from my side & with no help from Helpline i can say that the company seems to have some kind of problem with the most popular channel & i have been duped & cheated by the company.
I am waiting for 6 months to be over for which i have already paid, so that i can throw the antenna & the connection out of my home & life.

My name is Abdul Salam (Ernakulam dist of Kerala). I am a Big TV customers for the past 4 months. I am very glad to intimate that the service being provided by Big TV is excellent. I did not experience any problem so far. The reception of the the channels are very clear and the quality of service is very good. Though some of the popular channels of my language are not included in the Big TV network, I was assured that few of them would be introduced in the near future.

I m retailer i m very disappointed by our area distributor M/s. D.G. Electronics – Boisar 401 501. They are not providing vouchers on time to us as well as their behaviour with retailers is also tremendous their language is rude & they are not co-operate with retailers. The staff is as well not co-operative my EPRS system has not been activated please do favourable in this matter. (Suparashva Telecom – Chinchani)
