They are not providing vouchers on time to us as well as their behaviour with retailers is also tremendous their language is rude & they are not co-operate with retailers. The staff is as well not co-operative my EPRS system has not been activated please do favourable in this matter. After a lot of request from my side & with no help from Helpline i can say that the company seems to have some kind of problem with the most popular channel & i have been duped & cheated by the company. I am waiting for 6 months to be over for which i have already paid, so that i can throw the antenna & the connection out of my home & life. To the disgust many times i contacted the dealer as he had told within two days it will be connected, also the customer care, were i didnt get any proper response, they will just say within two days it will be connected. I want to the whole world know, that they should never take BIG TV in their life its BIG NONSENCE, without NO BIG CARE.
