Reliance is considered one of the biggest internet service providers in India with excellent broadband connection. Besides that the Reliance broadband tariff plans too attract millions of net users to get their latest wireless broadband connection. At present they are offering the broadband connection which is called Netconnect Broadband+ in the form of data card and USB modem.

Reliance has joined the line of BSNL which was the first to launch NetConnect Broadband+ Evdo cards and USB modem. Now Reliance is providing better service and speed than the initiator. Reliance Post Paid Connections are sometimes risky because there are some reasons.

1. They send the bill late sometimes and add the additional charges.

2. Even if you don’t use any Value Added Services, they add it in your bill sometimes and claim that might be you have used the service, that’s why the bill amount is exceed of your basic plan.

3. Sometimes, they add STD charges too along with your bill and while contacting the customer support they says you might have used STD but might be you have forgotten. (They are talking so rubbish things or the details which they don’t know properly sometimes in Customer Care Phones)

This is the reason why everybody want to go for Prepaid Broadband Connections.
I have Reliance NetConnection Card which was postpaid and i have applied for night unlimited plan which was 350/- i think. And even if i have not used any valud added services or made any phone from net connect card, i got the bill of Rs. 1200/- at the month end and my connection was stopped. On calling to the customer support they mentioned that my services can only start if i pay the bill first. I was having not any other option so i have paid it and then after lots of trouble i was able to convert my postpaid to prepaid finally. Now, it’s alright. I have atleast some power and control over my usage and bills. And i can not rely on customer care people to hear about false promises / suggestions / rubbish things. As the technology is moving faster so as upgradation in broadband speeds, I want to take benefit of broadband+ but they are not offerring Prepaid Connection so i am waiting until it gets available. But i don’t think so it will happened with Reliance. Anyway whenever i want to download any large files, i keep patience or go to nearby cybercafe which gives me faster speed and i am happy with this.

I hope this is the best way i have explaind why Prepaid Connection is better. Hope you welcome my so long paragraphs. Bye take care.

i was using reliance connection (staying at Gurgaon near main Bus stand) then they cut off, coz of verification problem..i don’t understand, what kind of verification problem? company saying all over India customer can use, but distributor says u cannot use in Gurgaon (is near Delhi) this is too much to harass customer. is it Gurgaon is not part of India…? too much…!

After that Reliance supplied USB Modem and MDN 07439106425 which under plan 2GB not unlimited not 5GB. We wanted to complain this matter by a letter but that letter was not accepted your office. Please inform us by mail by which we can enjoy the scheme which was wanted in our application.
