Reliance data card : There are a lot of wireless internet options available in India now for instance airtel data card and hutch data cards which has now changed to vodafone data card and tata indicom and reliance are also offering wireless internet at very affordable rates but when compared to UK prices are still very high in India as one can get a wireless broadband connection using 3g technology at £10 per month from 3g and Vodafone and speeds are faster then 256kbps with the added advantage o being able to go anywhere within the UK.
I have got this reliance wireless data card and to be honest I don’t like it that much when I compare the speed with what I get in UK as some pages take ages to open leave alone establishing an ftp connection with my servers…
I normally have to do a lot of ftp work as I have a number of clients for whom I take care of their servers located in Germany and USA which obviously require me to have a good internet connection all the time although I have a team of guys working 24/7 but there are still some problems which they cannot take care of themselves and have to refer those problems to me. I am now looking at buying a teaming software and have at least three wireless connections one another laptop and use a LAN network on another laptop so that I would get access to the best network at all times but then this comes with its own set of problems for example if I am doing some work on a server I will be logged out every time my ip address changes.. I guess will wait for 3g 
for the time being reliance data card is doing the trick.
Just for info: Mahape has the most number of reliance data card subscribers.

Request you to all whosoever is reading this blog that plz do not purchase any data card from Vriti Technologies, Noida. They servicies are very poor and they cheat the people.
If somebody from Reliance is going through this blog, Request you to plz withdraw the dealership of Data Card from such Bullshit guys, as this spoils the name of Reliance.
I hope you all understand the frustation and trouble that i need to face. To avoid this with any other guy i am sharing my experience.

a conection do not remote bcoz moddem is using. is wrote whn i connect datacard
you cannt expect very good result from data card. If possible dont buy data card instead use modem. Relince is an indian company if you hate relince for any reason .try to select from any other service provider but make sure it should be an indian company
To purchase just to to the nearest Reliance world store and buy it from there. Usage instructions come with it in a cd.
Pathetic is a under statement of the Reliance data card and we pay the bills on time is a crime for such a service.
Please do not buy Reliance Broad band + card , This card is crap. in our orgnization many peapole are suffering even some time Icon not coming on Desktop , can not connect the server.

I bought reliance wireless high speed data card in Ludhiana about a month ago by upgrading my original data card. But I had to come to Ooty for about one month from 1st January this year. My net connection remains diconnected even though I have now made tha full payment of my due bill at Reliance company’s Ooty outlet. The connection has not been restored in spite of repeated requests through the last one week. My connection may kindly be restored and, as alrady requested through your office in Ooty, it should be converted into a pre-paid roaming free connection within India.

Recently i buy a Broadband+ of Reliance, and at the time of selling they says this is 3.1mbps speed and at download you get min 2mbps & upload u gate 1mbps…this is the standard they maintain…but after i purchased i feel very bad that i am geting a download speed of 40kbps and a upload speed 3kbps…it is worse than a netcafe….and these BLOODY F**KERS Reliance guys says that do that do this…u will get speed…which is not possiable….and in which site they test u the speed that site also paid by this F**kers…so that speedtest site shows u its 2.8 or 3mbps speed…so pls i all ready wested 3500Rs on this data card…so who ever is new thinking to buy this data card pls dont go for this other wise u will be cheated by these reliance F**Kers….same as with TATA photon…if u have a traveler and always u want to conect with net then might be in that case ther is no option other wise…dont go for this bloody Broadband+ of reliance….and the coustmercare of reliance is Useless…they dont know any thing…..pls guys i all readu wasted my money hope after my blog u wont do the same mistake……

I am a reliance data card user ,trust me this reliance net servise is useless. I had this data card since last year ,recently I have change it in to prepaid, so my number is changed and from the main office of reliance in my town .The faculty told me it will be activate within 3-4 days .but i couldent get connection ,so i spoke to the faculty then he is telling me that this system can be started after 15-20 days.
please dont puchase any produc from reliance .

I bought the 3.1 Mbps Reliance Data Card in chennai. It works superb here in chennai. Whereas it is very slow in my home town. So i choosed BSNL. Did anyone is willing to buy the reliance data card which is 3 months old. I have bill & the kit they give. I would like to sell it for 3000Rs. I am sorry that i cant come down from this price. You can buy a reliance data card if you have a good network coverage in your area.
speed is fine..no prob for that..but dont expect, if 3.1 Mbps they are saying then it should be 3.1 MBPS
it will vary from 100 – 200 kbps–serfing speed.
and if download then max- 70kbps…

I am using Reliance high speed data card since past 6 months. My colleague uses high speed data card of tata called photon plus since past 6 months.
Reliance is the worst data card in the world and the most irresponsible product from one of the most irresponsible company of India with respect to communication and technology. Even if they offer for free, please do not touch it with a bargepole. Even if you have to pay double for Tata please use tata as it is 100 times better as a product.
The management of reliance are crooks and their employees and technical people a bunch of jokers who together are running a circus.
A strict no to all even thinking of reliance high speed data card. Don’t ever ever even try it.
Also, I have seen my laptop getting infected with numerous virus with reliance data card while no such thing happens with tata photon plus.
So if anyone does not want to get blood pressure by being angry every day while use internet through data card, please do not even think of reliance even if Shri Anil comes personally to your home to deliver it for free.
iam new to data card and my friend suggested me to purchase reliance datacard 3.1 mbps but after going through this blog , iam unable to decide which data card is good for me. I need speed 3.0 mpbs + download min. 3 GB day + night. can anyone suggest me which data card is good. How about Virgin datacard vconnect… Prasad/hyderabad.
