Wanted a prepaid datacard. The seller told first one month will be postpaid afterwhich it can be converted to prepaid over phone. When I called customer care for the convertion, they tell me to go to any reliance outlet and fillin a form and submit and it will be done in 5 working days. I went to a shop in virugambakkam and they told me to go to T'Nagar. When I went to t'Nagar, They told me to go to Ashok nagar. When I went to Ashok nagar, they told me that it cannot be done now. Change of plan can be done only after 3 months; already there is abouy 30 convertion pending since one month, so come next month we will try to help you. I AM AT MY WITS END ???????????? Never Never Never buy reliacne datacard. They are telling 3MBPS, I am not getting even 200kpbs also. Very poor. I may throw this datacard within 1 week, if the situation is like this
