| This is the latest film which I watched this weekend. Tell you one of the good films, I came across recently. If you have seen and liked Khosla ka Ghosla then this is indeed your cup of tea. The film serves the same kind of serious unsaid comedy as you watched in Khosla ka ghosla. For you information, both the films have been made under the same banner. Even the song “Oye lucky, lucky oye” seems to be of the similar fashion “Chak de chak de” from Khosla ka ghosla. This is a story of a middle class Sikh family boy, Lucky, played by Abhey Deol, who did a fantastic job in the movie. This is a journey from a second hand scooter to a Mercedes. How a common Sikh boy from Delhi becomes a famous thief, who can steel almost everything who started with scooter tyres, railway lines, later to TVs, Electronic Items and ultimately ended up with big cars like Mercedes. One thing I want to highlight here is that, I really liked the Sikh boy who played Lucky’s childhood. First half is a real punch; childhood masti, love at first sight, friends etc. I simply loved the script, the way things were presented. On the other hand, Paresh Rawal, played three roles in the movie, all revolving around lucky, playing parts in shaping Lucky’s destiny. I had expected little more from him; only one of his roles was noticeable. Neetu Chandra, the one who played street hawker in Madhur bhandarkar’s “Traffic Signal”, played lucky’s fiancée, did a good job, at least better than “Traffic Signal”. You will also find Archana Puran singh, playing Paresh Rawal’s wife, I will mark her as an average performer in the film. While I was watching the movie, it made me remind of the Super thief named BUNTY (I don't know how many of you knows about him); later I learnt that the movie is inspired from him only; they have tried to copy his style in the movie. BTW Music is a major Loss in the movie;no points to that. Overall, it’s a time pass movie. Can be recommended to friends. I’ll give it 3 star rating. P.S: This is the first time I wrote a review for a movie; please let me know how was it, suggestions and complaints are welcome. |

Rep Power: 1 | Thats' the tragedy of these low budget films, they don't get that much hype which big starrer films get easily. These movies atleast have a storyline. CC2C was an O.K. movie, btw i just love all akki's movie because of his comedy punches, but not Singh is King, Staying on topic, I totally agree with O.P, OYE lucky was really entertaining, I saw this movie without skippin anything. All time favourite of mine - Jab we met. |

| These days we see alot of movie based on punjabi culture, OLLO and DEV D comes from Abhay, then we have some cool flicks from Akshay like Singh is King etc. I heard for his upcoming movie, Akshay has kept real Mustache and beard so that he can look like a real Sardar. |

Rep Power: 1 | I am sick and tired of seeing Akshay Kumar play those same sardar roles again and again. He should try something different. Abhay deol is simply too good. |
