When the great legend Veteran Bharat Kumar a.k.a Manoj Kumar, asked this Khan to drop that embarrassment scene targeted to draw cheap comedy on him,he directly refused.he just shown the fake respect for all the veterans.but when he saw that barbers from his own community wont like the joke embarked in his films tagline he agreed on the very first day.why so quickly?was Manoj Kumar wrong in arguing about deletion of that f scene shooking the old film lovers.?
I smell the biased Khan.
...............
If some Khan lover is hurt, reply with appropriate reasons.indeed do mention why did he wont hear Manoj Kumar for so many days while he heard these barbers so quickly?

Site from home gaya bhad mein... AIrtel se bolo FUP band kare.. BSNl se bolo 3G signal do!!!!>: (
i saw in the news that shahrukh's bunglow - mannat was attacked last night by some poeple angry over the kyrics in one of the songs of billu . someone thowed a lighted petrol bottle on his house ...![]()
so is the movie worth is or wat?
almost all priydarshn movies were malayalam remakes of his own movies(in Malayalam 2 decades back!).this billu thingy is from a boring average malayalam story katha parayumbol-about a very rural gaon story(with mamootty as hero).
My feel is ,Hindi Bollywood wants Masala mix.realistic film industries like in Malayalam may not be a hit in hindi which targets international viewers too.
yes ... i think indian film makers dont like to experiment when they remake some movie ... some innovation and changes in the script is needed for extracting good results out of remakes ... the same thing lacked in case of ghajini also...
well it seems there r double reviews for the movie......!!!!
i jus enjoyed one song thts gor SRK & priyanka.....very sweet song......
The thing is that Indian film makers have ego problems...just like all Indians...they are afraid of doing job in a group...you know team works are always better...its just the same thing as Democracy and Dictatorship....if you dont let others welcome new ideas, you are not letting people see good things, but also making the worst out of your own money...
The Tamil version (Kuselan) was pretty boring.
-F
priyadarshan remakes movies which he made in malayalam.and the malayalam one too is not original.he copies irish movies etc.malamaal weekly is the copy of an irish movie.but pritams music is good.whose songs did he copy.
the movie is good saurav.comedy too is okay.unlike that piece of **** golmaal 2.

i didnt like golmaal 2......it was sick.....!
I just finished watching this movie.I though Srk plays a cameo but it's him all the way.Except a few gaffes it was boring.
okie thnks for the review....i dont think so m gng to movie hall for this movie.....
i m not even planning to watch this one![]()
The same happened in Tamil. Rajni was given too much of importance. The real hero is the poor guy but the spotlight in the movie and all the posters was on the Rich guy. That might have happened because, Rajni was involved. I am guessing the same thing happened in Billu also
.
I think the Malayalam version "Kathaparayumbol" was quite nice.
Ofcourse, Kuselan was really not the kind of thing.
I dont know what will come out in Hindi....
No argument about that.
Sorry if I am being bad. Many of Hit Malayalam movies had been dubbed into other languages like Tamil, and in some really we lost the dignity of our films, when Rajani over-acted in them.
You would ofcourse know "Chandramukhi" in which Rajani starred...
The original Malayalam version of the film was "Manichithrathazhu" in which Mohanlal starred. I would say that the Tamil version never came atleast 10 miles near the Malayalm version....It was really a kind of shame for me to watch the Tamil version. I couldn't bear to watch the it fully. I got fed up in the middle and had to run...
Please Note :
Malayalam Version(Original) : Kathaparayumbol
Tamil Version : Kuselan
Hindi Version : Billu
Let me share some reviews made by others on the films :
1) One anantha said :
2) Another person said :I was disappointed with Kuselan, because in a way watching Kathaparayumbol the day before, made me more eager to see how Thalaivar would look in something like that. I was disappointed, to say the least. And sounds like Billu is a scene by scene remake. To be honest, Billu/Kuselan needed an Amitabh Bachchan, not SRK/Thalaivar.
From the movie trailers on the tube, it was very clear that it would as well be a sad caricature of the Malayalam original ‘Katha Parayumbol’, which I have watched more than once. It is surprising that neither Priyan nor Shah Rukh learnt a lesson from the spectacular failure of the Tamil remake ‘Kuselan’. Rajni distorted and strayed so far away the original’s simplicity and straight story-telling, that the movie looked outlandishly Rajni-centric. The original was not Mammootty-centric. It revolved around the simple, unassumed ‘hair-stylist’ and his equally simple, understanding wife.
Did I sound like Muttalik? I’m sorry. I’m not a safronista. But, I’m pained by the rubbishing of such a powerful creative medium as movies.
