Hi Guys,

We all know who is the biggest superstar of Bollywood. But We all may differ in the best of his performance so far. So I am going to start a counting and put in the record, which movie/performance gets the highest number of votes.

I will give a few names to start with,

Sholay, zanjjer, Trishul, Sharabi, Shakti, Don, Amar Akbar Anthony, Black,Khakhee, Mohabbatein, Sarkar, Agneepath, Hum and so on .....Too many to List here.

i'll tell u my one after few posts ...........but GOd...How can Filmfare give awards to Dilipkumar for shakti.....?????

One of the movie you missed to mention is Aakhri Raasta.Fantastic movie and great perfomance by big B in double role.

Deewar (Old ) should also be part of the list.

Shakati is memorable movie.Two legends pitted against each other.Both of them gave outstanding perfomance.I know AB's fans think that the award should have been gome to him.I beleive Dilip Kumar was also brilliant in the movie.Award could have gone either way.

i think that Amitabh Bachchan givea a very good performance in all of his films, hes someone who never slacks and his hard work shows in his films, which is why for me its difficult to judge which is his best performance!

If you have read the book published on Amitabh (on his 61st birthday), he has indicated that Deewar is the movie he revers most in terms of performance - though he did not use explicit words.

yeah.. I also read that in newspaper.Deewar is real masterpiece.Great perfomances, tight screenplay, excellent direction and above all memorable dilaogues.

Saw very long time back.AB was very young at that time.Nutan and Padma Khanna supported him.This is not a popular movie at best known for its good music by Ravindra Jain.

I realy liked AB's performance in Deewar (Vijay) & in Amar Akbar Anthony (Anthony)....I particularly like the Anthony character.....He was superb in that role...

I haven't seen him in too many old movies.
Among the new ones, I loved him in Black

Movies apart...KBC was the best ever role for him !

# Saat Hindustani (1969)

he is also performing a song in Delhi 6 song name "noor"....

My vote goes for Saudagar. He actually did climb those trees.

Anyone here seen one of his his latest performances...the Last Lear...I have the movie lying on my hard disk...will watch this weekend.

i just heard bout that last lear movie havn't seen yet......if neone of u seen this plz share the reviews........i also found in one magazine where amitabh was saying that it was my best movie performance wise........

i bolded the second movie coz i think its one of the very best amitabh movies and a forgotten one by most people ...
