wait let me make myself clear again, as i said no offense meant.
my point was never ur family member,what i was saying that dont blame the category MAN coz some ppl in the that cat mess & u blame whole category, i must say u acting with typical gals/women attitude. i simply pointed ur father coz hes the member of the MAN category. perhaps the closest MAN to u atm. so when u try to blame the actor for his carelessness being MAN, ur inderectly hitting ur father too(he's man too). anyways enough said. I dont have any plans for fight here.

shiney ahuja.....i thght the guy was a decent actor, literate, n came from a cultured family......

i dont think so he would do such an act ....n tht too of all the ppl a maid....i m sure the whole idea is to get money outta him....as such even the smallest of the acts by these stars r usually hyped by the media....

apart from all this....if he accepts that he had sex with tht maid even with her consent....why r there no statements by his wife?? i m sure no wife would stay with such a man n vice versa???

there has to b something.....

I was amazed at his wife's statement ... Shiney admitted that he had sex with the maid but consensual .. and his wife says that he is innocent ... we support him ...

His wife has no problems if Shiney goes on having consensual sex with maids??

I heard that medical tests confirm that the maid had an intercourse... there was tear in her hymen... But there are no bruises on her body or Shiney Ahuja's body...

So rape is not a possibility... She would have resisted if he was raping her...

IPC has modified and presently victim did not need to resist to prove rape only she has to clear the circumstances.

This strange but not so much because sometimes we see such strange think in such high society person and second thing, at present moment he was accused for rape not proved so his wife has every right to believe her husband that 'he is innocent'.

This is exactly what I thought. He is a good looking actor and so many girls run after him. I remember when he attended a college function a few years back. All girls went just hyper. Why did he have to sleep with a maid?
