Here are my opinions. I am not jumping in to judge him
since we don't know the whole story.

Even if it is consensual it is still statutory rape if the girl is a minor.

If it is consensual then he should spend some time in jail whatever
the law recommends.

If he forcefully raped her and is proved beyond reasonable doubt,
he should be castrated and tattood on his forehead and then put in jail.

If the maid falsely accused him then she should go to jail.

Don't you think the last exception is completely ridiculous and archaic.
That gives Carte Blanche for a man to rape his wife. I think that section
should be repealed. If the wife does not consent it is rape.

Everyday new versions of story are coming in media... I've completely lost the interest in this topic...

She did have his DNA. It has been proved by the DNA test. He is in deep trouble now.

yea ....i jus read today's newspaper......finally after 10 days of collection of samples today it was revealed that the sperm collected from the bedsheet and maid's clothes r matching with shiney's ........

damn it......i really wonder ....wht would ve made him to do such an act.

still its not been proven that it was a rape or not?

It is a momentary act of madness with severe repurcusrions. It is perplexing to even reason why a handsome guy such as him, with all the ample 'opportunities' in a career line such as his, should commit such an act.

Many famous people have given in to their 'madness' in various situations.

Well will we be discussing so far if it would have been any other male?Would have condemned him right away for rape charges even before the DNA tests prove it so why does a celebrity gets our favors and we wish to wait till its proven rape or not. Initially mr ahuja completely denied that he had anything with his maid but later on he changed his statement. Its more like MJ dies everybody cries but they forget he was a sick child molester.

I believe shiney should be treated the same way as any other random male who is doubted to be a convict of a rape case. No doubt he is a good actor but I guess humanity is something he still hadn't learnt. Serves him right that his bail is declined.

your two statements in bold contradict each other. You want to treat him
like any other male, but then you convicted him already since he is a star.

He is innocent until proven guilty. Why was his bail denied?

well the dna report does confirm about sex with the maid but its still to be clarified if that was a rape or consensual sex. Shiney denies that while initially he even denied that he had sex with his maid so well you never know.
