Thread: Bikini Way to Bollywood

Why is it that when it comes to girls wanting to get noticed or popular in Bollywood or even making a comeback (in the case of Rani Mukerjee) opt for wearing a bikini in movies and then think they will become super dooper hit! Well in some cases it does happen, and most actors work hard for it, but its not necessary that it would work for every actor!

I think Rani does look good and she has lost a lot of weight, but it wasn't much appreciated and didn't do her any good or give her a good comeback! I never thought she was fat though, and i sometimes dont see a difference in her weight loss

i think Rani Mukerjee was good when she was covered up , what i meant is there should be some stuff to expose, the way it was being made a big news i didnt find anything

I think it was here all up toned stomach which she wanted to show, and it was well toned up! But I think because of her height being short, its difficult to notice if she lost a lot more weight then it would have showed more and made her look better in her bikini!

I have no comments because it is a sort of cliche.

The new girls try to gain maximum publicity by shedding garments. The senior ones do it to do the same once their popularity is on the decline. Skin exposure sells worldwide.

Nothing wrong with the bikini. But one must be sensible whether they look good or bad in it.

Even I dont think there is anything wrong in wearing a bikini, but its the way the audience want things and a way to publicity like you said.

@ Ramesh - Rani really needs to get out of this YRJ productions thing, if she had chosen another movie, it might have done quite well, especially with her look, but it kind of went down the drain!

well i`ll say that it`s not bikini or 36-24-36 that makes a good actress it`s the acting talent & story script or the movie if bikini & figure makes movies a super hit then sherlyn chopra & rakhi sawant will on the no.1 spot.

But comebacks like kajol in fanaa is superb no bikini just execelent story & superb class performance by aamir & kajol & it`s a huge hit.
