Who do you think is the highest paid actor in the Bollywood industry right now.
I personally think that SRK is the most paid one.

What do you think is SRK the one or is it any one else.

i think it's akshay kumar...
but recently sallu baba rejected 100 Cr contract for 3 films

i think SHARUKH KHAN,and he deserves also.He is really a great actor in industry.

Yeh I think SRK must be the highest paid actor.. may be salmaan khan as well.. any one got any sources to quote?

i dun know much about bollywood as everyone is well paid.
but i've heard that tamil actor rajnikandh is much more richer than them.

rajnikandh..i like this actor..the favorite movie is Paddayappa...Maybe u are right..because Rajnikandh one of the top heroes in india movie..maybe can challenge SRK..

It was not sharukh khan or akshay kumar or hrithik roshan or chiranjivee, as someone said here, it was in fact Rajni Kanth From Tamil Nadu who is the highest paid actor in India. Heard that he is getting around 15 crores per film.

Right now Rajni Kant is the higest paid actor in Asian and i think that makes him highest pair in india too but i dont like his acting i like Big B and SRK much more then Rajni kant. May be he is the highest paid actor but these two are my favourite.

Highest paid right now is Rajni kant but my favourite are Sunjay Dutt and Salman Khan. These are the two actors whome i like watching and i would say that all of their present movies are hit.

If I am not wrong, Hrithik signed a three movie deal with one of those corporate producers which made him a hot actor on the payscale. Not too sure on the amount, let me google it a bit and get back.

Currently yes Rajni is one the highest paid actor and if i am not wrong Aishwarya was paid around 1-4 crores for her part in the movie. So I can only guess how much Rajni must have been paid

Rajinikanth is not known for his ACTING..he's the Style icon...if u want true acting from a Hero....then its definitely from south india..so many are there and the man on top as far as acting is concerned is KAMAL HASSAN...

No doubt that south indian few actors are highets paid actor in India like RajaniKanth but in Bollywood may be SRK,Aamir Khan,Hritik & Amitabh is highest paid actor.

I don't understand why so much money is pumped into the entertainment industry.
Seriously, do these guys do something which no one else can do.We see new actors/actresses coming everyday.Children of people in film industry, good or bad, get automatic entry.
One of the many reasons for inequality in society.So true in our country, which still has to progress in providing basic necessities.

If you haven't seen Rajini's acting,then you need to watch this movie "Mullum Malarum".One of the best movies of Rajini,as per me.& there are many more movies where he has showcased his acting talent.

Without entertainment , our whole life will become tensed and stressfull. And what is the easiest way to relax (ofcourse apart from other things) than watch movies etc

I know you feel like they(actors) are treated like gods, but their is not exactly one of the easiest. There are lots of problems underneath cinema which never comes to light.

If you are jus looking at wat they are paid, consider this, none of them can lead a calm personal life without being poked around by public and even the slightest of mistakes are blown out of propotion.

Its a hard life too man , unless u get used to it..

You are write my friend day by day Bollywood become a little reserved area for the Film star family member.Otherwise you can get opportunity if you are son/daughter of politician/minister or high society person(common & talented person has little chance still but i don't know how long it will be).Directors know most of the modern movie not much dependent on acting just need to build the body & dancing ability now some times actor/actress parents(famous star) also give some financial help (doing some promotion) to the movie as a producer so definitely their son/daughter will get more opportunity .
Friend 'powerdoc' don't think to much we are the only spectator we can do only :14: or :32:

why blame them altogether ??

we are at fault too. Not many people watch a movie based entirely on its qualities, some in cities maybe but not enough for a commercial scale.

All the people look for are "masala" or whatever u call them, such movies run well and so directors feel its good to produce such movies.

Most of the movies made with good intentions bomb at the box office , they may get "critical reviews", "awards" etc but the reality is they are not commercialy viable

But think about the poor labourer...is his job any easier.
Or think about other intellectuals...scientists..doctors etc.Do they earn as much even in a lifetime ?

Entertainment is necessary...even huge film money is justified to some extent.
But come on...appearing in an ad for a few seconds & earning crores for it is a total waste of resources.And this isn't a problem with only Indian society, its worldwide.
Its good that these guys have to atleast pay more tax so that the country benefits

More than just the money, I think they themselves don't use the products which they endorse, so I would say most of the ads mislead people..
