Thread: How about Lagaan

How many of you are inspired by this movie? I saw this movie in my school days just once. But still i cannot forget the story outline and the movie. Such a cool movie. I am happy that it went upto the oscars but at the end did not get. It was obvious about the result.

Lagaan was a good entertaining movie on cricket. It really had all the entertainment one would ask for. But I personally feel that it did not deserve to be nominated for oscars, as I don't feel there is any special thing in the movie to be nominated for it.

Lagaan..this movie from amir khan right..play about cricket..very interesting movie..after i watch this movie..i know and learn more about cricket..until now..i can played a cricket

Lagaan is a very good movie. I have seen it three times and in my opinion it should had won a Osacar award but i dont know why it didn't managed to make to the Oscar.

Well I dont think that their is any thing inspirational in this movie but i loved this movie. It is some of the rare movies that i like.

i liked this movie a lot and needless to say aamir khan has did great in it and also it was rightly nominated for the oscar too!!loved the plot of the movie and acting of other actors too..gracy singh also did well

This is a very good movie. I dont say that it is inspirational but i would say this movie has real life story which happened in early India. Each character of this movie was perfect and the also had great dialogues.

I have seen this movie and i would say that it is completely a fanstastic movie. I dont thinkt hat their is any much better movie then this one and it surely deserved some prestigeous award like Oscar.

Lagaan - 1 among the MUST WATCH movies. India's official entry to the Oscars in that year. Good movie and excellent screenplay. Hats off to the entire crew. But, a lengthy film.

Lagaan..This is just not known for cricket..Unity,Strength pride for self respect..

there is nothing inspirational in that movie i guess
and it was just the innocence of village people and love theme that was well potrayed
