Amrita Arora comes to know that her husband has cheated her...but she still continues to work as if this is not a big problem (initially she cries).. I couldn't digest this. & who is Katrina Kaif...is she God or what....

On a whole the movie could have been better had it had a tight screenplay...
I like Gul Panag..............better than Minisha.....
well you ahvent read the book then.
I dint watch the movie but form wat u said im guessin Katrina kaif is the one who narrates the story to salman (chetan)
then katrina is just a character in salmans dream. i.e the whole movie is a dream....thats the way the story is anyways.

Well, I think ramesh can answer you better

I dint read the book...So salman is author (Chetan).....I though he is some rock star...Is that people who have read the book will understand the film better than those who havnt read the book....???

Well if the director required the audience to read the book before seeing the movie...then in the beginning of the movie they must put a disclaimer that "People who haven't read the book will find it difficult to understand the movie". Since people who read the book know that Salman is the author.....what about those who dint read the book.Film should be made in such a way that even if the audience hasn't read the book, they should be able to understand the movie...

I have read both five point and one night...five point is much better that one night but i m not saying that its too bad..you can enjoy it

Salman is not playing GOD in the movie. But yes from Katrina's role you can't predict if she's a God or a Ghost

Yes she did a bold role in the movie but for me she wasn't looking HOT
There is a very thin line between looking HOT and looking BOLD. Right?

But is it really necessary to read the book then? I know you guys have been saying that its difficult to understand the film without reading the book, but are guys saying that because you have read the book?

There are many films which are based on books, but they seem to have an easy storyline to follow, don't they? And im sure there are many changes made in the film as compared to the movie!

It should go like this : "People who haven't read the book can take the money back from the counter"

I have read the book, so can't comment much on this because I don't know how the film gonna be for me if I hadn't knew the story..just watch it without reading the book and let us all know how you felt.
