    Default The Last Lear

The Last Lear is going to be released on 12th September and the film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Preity Zinta, Arjun Rampal, Divya Dutta and Shefali Shah.

This is the first English film for all the stars and is something quite different.
The story is of a man names Harish who is a theatre actor and stop his performing passion in his early age. It’s not until many years later he is approached by a film director to star in his film as a lead role. The story then turns onto how Harish becomes a mentor for Shabnam who is a struggling actor especially with her messed up life. Harish becomes too serious about his role as a joker the film then goes through an up and down ride. Will he be good enough to make his mark in the cinema world from the theatre world or will he make himself a joke?

The trailers have recently started coming on tv, but there was quite a hype about this film from Preity Zinta's side, as she said that the film is very good, its her first English film and is a good project.

The trailers don't look too promising, but i was thinking before the trailers that it would be a fantastic film which people would be eager to watch.........but then again you shouldn't judge a book by its cover.

Very true, Even Bheja Fry was a low budget movie with minimum marketing but was a big hit
