Yesterday, I watched this movie at home on my big screen (again). This is one of the best movies I have seen. It is a movie for kids but provides a lot of fun and joy to adults also.

I will not tell you the writer and makers of this movie; this will come as a BIG surprise to you, if you do not know this yet. I recommend that you watch this movie. It is a musical - so those who are not musically inclined may not like it.

But I guarantee that those who like it will always remember it and would like to watch it again and again. I myself have watched it over 20 times.

This is quite an old English movie isn't it? But then again it may be a new movie which i may not have heard of.

It is a 1968 movie - so yes fairly old. But the DVD was released recently in 2003 or so after sprucing the old master copy.

BTW, did anyone visit the film site on IMDB or others? Just read on who wrote the book and who created this movie. It will come as a surprise and maybe even a shock.
