There are just so many new comers these days its hard to tell which ones will do well!

I suppose it depends on the films they choose the roles they get which is affected in their overall performance.

She is Genilia D'souza, preeti. She is one of the most beautiful,talented,popular actress in Southern film industry,especially telugu.

About upcoming stars in Bollywood i believe Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone.
