Which broadband connection to get in Dwarka mor?

I live in Dwarka Mor( a.k.a. kakrola mor) and Airtel internet connection is not available here. The mtnl service is also pretty bad due to which I had to give the connection into MTNL custody. The options are really small here. Can anyone please suggest me a good ISP. Money is no issue and I am a heavy user.
Also, is there a way I could take action against MTNL for their horrible service? or atleast force them to repair my connection?

If latency is not a problem then you could get MTS post paid Rs999 per month plan that gives you 40GB data every month. You can also try MTNL 3G 6 months plan that costs Rs4500 and gives you 200 GB data.

For wired connections, if you do not have the regular Airtel , Reliance etc then find your local cable operator and get a connection from them. Siti cable or whatever is available.

Reliance netconnect is also a good option.

I went to Siti cable website and on searching for cable operators in my area I got a huge list of operators. Can I get an internet connection from anyone of them? Can you please tell how is the quality of the connection and service? I am a heavy user (Software dev profile) and latency is an issue since I browse alot.
(I did try Reliance too but their data plans are very limited. Post limit speed is disturbingly low)

Give one of the near by Siti operators a call and see if they can provide you a connection.

Sir I am not able to find any feedback or review on Siti Cable. Can you tell if their services are good? or otherwise direct me to a reviews page?

If you rather prefer MTNL then you can get a MTNL 3G connection and use a dongle.

For local level performance of any ISP it is best to ask locally. You will not find many people from your own street/locality here who can give you an accurate account. Find out what other people are using around you.

Have a search on the net for local cable providers in your area, I did try and found some. There are quite a few cable operators but I do not know how far they are from your location as I am not from the area. There are different sectors for Dwarka and also Uttam Nagar.

Your best bet would be to ask people living near you to what connection they are using. Another option is asking a local recharge shop which is trust worthy who will tell you which connection works best in the area.
