Need a broadband connection in Air Force Station, Viman Nagar, Pune.

Hello guys,
I am living in Air Force Station, Viman Nagar, Pune and i want to get a new broadband connection. My first question is that is it legal to get a broadband connection in Air Force Station? Secondly, which internet providers will be good for 10-15 GB usage. I want speed of atleast 200kbps (in reality). btw its urgent guys, my current 3g plan is going to expire tomorrow. So, if you can tell me fast, it would be highly appreciated.

Broadband connections are legal in Air Force stations. I think it would be best if you either got a wired BSNL connection or a BSNL EVDO connection. This will provide with I think unlimited data or something like 50GB data for an affordable cost somewhere under Rs1000 per month.

BSNL EVDO is good. By the way which connection did you end up getting?
