Mumbai - best internet plan - for mobile and home use

friends,

please suggest and advise me on the below 2 issues -

1) Internet plans - 3G for Mobile - Mumbai - good network - budget is upto 200 rupees

2) Internet option - 3G for Home for wifi use - Mumbai - good network - budget is upto 600 to 700 rupees

Please advise and suggest which are the best service providers for the above 2 things in Mumbai !

It is hard to give a decision unless you give some information on how long you will use the internet and whether it would be mostly at home or outside. If you will be outside of the house a lot i.e if your working and come home late then the 3G for mobile would be best, if you stay outside of the house and don't use the internet and only use it at home then the 3G for home plan would be best.

I am looking for two separate plan for home use and outside use.

Home use will be for mobiles and laptops.

Outside use will be for mobiles AND LAPTOPS.
