Seems like a neat idea. I don't think I'll need it, though. Ever since I put fedora-8 on my system it's been ages since I had even a hangup. I wonder why people still prefer to struggle with M$...

My dear friend.. fun is not a very simple word to interpret and that is why it has different meaning in the dictionaries of different peoples like Tanenbaum/Linus and You.

@just4kick,i am done with this debate."for those who believe no proof is necessary,for those who don't no evidence is sufficient".btw for a cse student your language & comprehension style don't match with this stream.the kind of language & writing style you displayed would be more suitable for a stream like philosophy.
as for that al-quida part just consider that a piece of information even if you don't see its relevance in this debate.
& btw Linus Torvalds(or for that matter any computer programming/hardware genius) is way out of league of scientists like Newton & Einstein because his work is not so great when compared to work of these great scientists(linux is mainly based on UNIX & also borrowed a lot from Richard stallman's work in this field).
& finally whether online or offline it pays to be consistent.

@Johnson.. You can even make a backup of your fedora-8, using this technique... Peoples use M$... coz it is much easy to use and troubleshoot..

I think you should read 'how to break a code ' & you will know that nothing is going to save you from attack. Even linux have viruses but in ratio ten million to one & they are not made to propagate much. I use linux because it is more secure.
