    Default bsnl broadband wireless modem

    dear friends,
    i recently changed from a bsnl broadband usb modem to a wireless modem (model no DNA-A211-1). i am not able to connect wirelessly with this, but i am able to connect to the net through the ethernet cable. the customer service says the modem is fine. how do i configure my dell latitude laptop. the sign in the laptop says connected but there is never any data transfer. kindly advise

    SemIndia web site also lists some manual update etc.
    will give later. ( some other user gave the link )

    Check the Status report of the Wireless Lan connection. ( look at , support data)
    Try the repair option. What error message you get ?.
