Rep Power: 0  |  bsnl broadband wireless modem dear friends, i recently changed from a bsnl broadband usb modem to a wireless modem (model no DNA-A211-1). i am not able to connect wirelessly with this, but i am able to connect to the net through the ethernet cable. the customer service says the modem is fine. how do i configure my dell latitude laptop. the sign in the laptop says connected but there is never any data transfer. kindly advise vijayabhaskar |

SemIndia web site also lists some manual update etc. will give later. ( some other user gave the link ) Check the Status report of the Wireless Lan connection. ( look at , support data) Try the repair option. What error message you get ?. |
