okay this is my first post

i am using airtel mobile office without any penny i just dont wanna tell how and whats the trick.

the first thing is that i have used this service on a full os like windows xp sp3 which comes with fully loaded drivers and all the extra things and i used windows performance edition which was a torrent download

the thing is that the speed varies much with different os i am using as u know that the speed of airtel mobile office is not much but i am feeling the difference is very much so here are my questions

1. why there is a difference in experience between two different os on the same computer using the same ip no and the same modem and using the same service provider

2. do drivers and others services use so much of internet that u r unable to surf with decent speed on a dial-up connection
