Thread: Airtel router VS Mtnl router

Hi, i had an Airtel broadband connection and was using a wifi router, model no Beetel 450BXI. Now i want to take mtnl broadband connection, will the airtel wifi router work with the MTNL connection? (someone told me it wouldnt, so just wanted to clarify from the experts)

You can definately use the same router on Mtnl connection but before that please confirm abt ur VPI & VCI from MTNL cc.
And put that vpi & vci in the modem by going to advanced/wan and then edit.

For MTNL VPI VCI 0 and 32.
rest as usual.

yep the router will definately work, but before using it for 1st time pls RESET it and re-configure it to MTNL usage.

the router will work fine, as long as you have your connection connected to the router, shouldn't be any problem at all.

wifi router model no Beetel 450BXI. Is Such An Good Router.

All u need is some reconfiguration & ur router would work with any isp.
