Unhappy cyber cafe and a computer learning centre

Guys i own a cyber cafe and a computer learning centre..

i have 10 pcs in my cafe out of which i open up 4 at a time(except season when ppl come in crowds, so i do take some comps from my comp centre too, poor students )

    i have two connections..(actually three)
i have one airtel bb UL plan and one UL Bsnl for the cafe(bsnl connection i dont use at times of 5-6 comps, i use it on 10 pcs or more.).. right now i have opened up about 7 comps because of crowd coming in as of the seasons ending in Nainital.

i shared the comps(cruel me) so the ppl get a speed around 15-20 kbps speeds on each on of them, and i have also blocked many sites for minimising their illegal usages...
noone ever issues any problem or complaint about poor speeds, but now the problem has started..

i face the competition with other guys who invest more than me(kanjoosi kab tak chalegi)

they are having connections from reliance and giving better speeds than me, one of such shop keepers(also my friend) told me that he is challenging who will draw more money this month.. so its like that..

i dont give much time to my cafe cause of IBF and studies, i also got admission in a delhi college, so will be there in 1st week of july..

what should i do??how can i make speeds more generous without involving much investments???are there any tricks to increase bandwidths in air's and bsnls??

    pls reply....

Install Adblock plus in Firefox and hide IE. You also consider blocking Flash and images.

Tweak the connection for maximum performance using Tuneup Utilities 2009 or other PC tweaks for net. Google Chrome will be a good option. It is faster than many other browsers.

May be this will be of some help

don't believe everything people say.it is as simple as that you can not get 440V on a 220V supply unless there is a fault.
