And see what results you get.

So there is no issue with your isp or your internet connection.

Try to open Womens Forum by clicking on the link I have given <

Now if the page doesn't open press the shift button and click on refresh in your browser.. (Keep the shift button pressed when you click refresh) This should make it work I hope

If its still not working what is the error message you get? server not found?

I am getting again & again:-

Womens Forum could not be found. Please check the name and try again.

The browser could not find the host server for the provided address.
    * Did you make a mistake when typing the domain? (e.g. "ww.mozilla.org" instead of "www.mozilla.org")

    * Are you certain this domain address exists? Its registration may have expired.

    * Are you unable to browse other sites? Check your network connection and DNS server settings.

    * Is your computer or network protected by a firewall or proxy? Incorrect settings can interfere with Web browsing.
I am able to ping but not trace route (tracert or PathPing in windows) the IP given. What does it mean?

PS: I have gone somewhere that's why I was not able to reply.

He is connected directly to net via a switch we all are connected to switch in pppoe
Try HostsExpert - it will automate a good part of editing the hosts file, and safely.

Most antivirus programs (e.g., Avast), Firewalls (Comodo) have blocking feature for specified sites. Often these can block with wildcards too - e.g., *rapidshare* will block all sites with the word rapidshare in the address. However the browser will generally display a message the site was blocked by this program.

You could also use Peerguardian without enabling its tray icon and create your own lists to block.

    Default Regarding DHCP

Thnx i guess am gonna try changing the host file .... I have one more query regarding DHCP
I have two modems that r evenly distributed to various PC's now i want the same person i was talking above to connect via one particular router all the time so i have changed his gateway as 192.168.1.1 because thats the most common one and changed other router to 192.168.0.1 now my problem is its ok as long as it is static IP but if he goes for auto mode then it picks 192.168.0.1 how can i avoid that ... I was thinking if i can disable DHCP can anybody tell me if there will be any effects and how to do it as well

Thnx for so many suggestions and replies friends This forum really is great
