    Exclamation UTStarcom WA3002G4

    i own a UTStarcom WA3002G4 modem with wifi router
    it has started giving me problem like if i use it through ethernet cable its works well and wifi also works well and when i remove ethernet cable the wifi doesn't work i've tried reseting the modem and re-configured it again but no luck...

    can u help me out with this???

    Welcome to India Broadband Forum!!

    As you stated, you have a wifi router, i want you to make a new (IInd) connection(without ethernet cable this time) with the modem. The specifications will change automatically for this new connection..

    Please study any of the links and reset your WIFI connection.
    If still problem , feedback.





    2. Confirm how many computers you are using ? laptop,: :

    for Wireless LAN
    Start RUN type cmd Ok
    New window
    type ipconfig /all
    copy/paste data here .
