Thread: activating Tata Photon whiz to BSNL

hi bros.... i hav Tata photon whiz usb modem.... can i activating my tata modem to any other broadband service providers like BSNL or Reliance..... is this possible or not.... if yes.. how ? Actually i want to change my service provider. I prefer BSNL ..... plz help?

even i have same problem i want to switch to bsnl network how can i do it. coz rate plans are good. I use zte wireless dongle.

My dear friends . Its possible to use your tata photon whiz USB modem to other services. But i dont know the procedure. U must unlock the modem it seems.

If any one know the procedure. plz let me know about it.

usually there will be dialer preloaded for Tata.
Delete the dialer and try any other ISP's providing same service.

There are certain software which can do this. Never tried. Try Google.

Perhaps you can select your model in the manual and check.
some discussion about GSM CDMA/freq etc compatibility.
