Rep Power: 1  |  WIFI signal fluctuation i am using a D-LINK 300 ROUTER. the signal strength in the room it is in is perfect. when i keep my laptop(in a stable place) in another room separated by a wall and 20 meters the signal strength starts fluctuating due to which there is a bit of speed drop.. the signal strength should be low and stable(since m not moving my laptop) but why is it fluctuating.. i have a 1 mbps connection so even if i get 11 mbps from the router it aint a problem but its the fluctuation thats causing the problem.. no radio,microwave,cordless, devices around. |

Rep Power: 1 | I've experienced the same thing before. But we just asked customer assistance for it. It turns out the company of our router is the one that is having problems. |
