Located in 8 cities including, Ahmadabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune and New Delhi, the Exchange Centers are established to provide product exchange services to its customers throughout India.
If a customer experiences a problem with a Linksys product, they can call the Cisco Technical Support Hotline for troubleshooting assistance. If the technical staff determines that the product hardware is defective, and is still under warranty, the customer will be issued a Product Exchange ID to apply for a replacement unit. With this ID, customers can exchange the product for a replacement unit through one of the Exchange Centers in the country.
