Rep Power: 1 | Wired Ethernet is a very fast means of broadband connection to the Internet. Here the Internet access is very fast. But this does not mean that Ethernet offers full 10, 100, or 1000 Mbit per second of connection that can be utilized for Internet access. For example in any building Ethernet access might be available fully but Internet access speeds might not be more than 4xT-1 speed. This is because if once you are sharing a broadband connection with other people in the building the speed to access of the leased line into the building will monitor the speed of the end user. Wired Ethernet is commonly used for groups and individual users. |
