    Default Ethernet broadband

Ethernet broadband which is supposed to be a very fast internet access is commonly used today. Though its speed varies or get limited in certain locations but for some locations Ethernet broadband access speed is just the right one. One can see this in the case of the POP or a data center. One cannot expect a very high speed at a residence or business. Ethernet Internet access offers the fiber-optic or copper twisted pair systems. With this the speed of the standard Ethernet conforms to 10 Gbit per second. One of the major advantages of Ethernet broadband is that you do not need to install special hardware for Ethernet. it also has a very low latency.

Perhaps YES, if you choose to pay for such a fast service.

its not successful because of the local cable operator competition they cut each others cables and cause service outage to each other and other reason also like transportation problems also heavy load trucks and business cause cable damages etc....

and even if they dont cut cables..still it sucks as most of the cable operators host their hubs / switches to some other customers home. so if they turn it off, then entire network of that lines goes down till that person turns it on again.

i have experienced this a lot and thats why am saying it not good.

    better get Internet via Telephone.
