if u are using windows then it is already comes with OS, and with Microsoft Office.

Go on microsoft's support centre webpage and look up for "how to configure outlook express". I am pretty sure, they have a step by step guide on how to configure and set it up. If not, let us know and one of us guys can redirect you!

Mostly the replies were for Using /settings for Outlook Express.

Start /Control Panel
Add remove programs
Windows components.
Check/uncheck box against Outlook Express.
