my name is mallik i am from andhra pradesh. i am using bsnl WIRELESS MODEM INTERNT CONNECTION AND THE MODEM NAME IS
HUAWEI T-1 ETS-2288 FIXED WIRELESS TERMINAL DATA Service..
i have drives for windows xp..where can i get drivers for windows 7/windows vista..
i called customor care ..about drivers they have no idea about windows 7 drivers..
where can i get drivers..please provide download link

Even Vista drivers are difficult to find - Windows 7 is some light years away.
vista drivers r somewhat hard to find if the computer is old and doesn't fullt support vista.Originally Posted by just4kix

Besides why people use USB modem when there is lan....
lan is easy and no need to install any drivers.

u need a simple driver of RS232 if you find then ok if not then i will upload you.
I have exactly the same terminal, the operating system Vista x64.
I could not find drivers, so he assembled this pack. Here are drivers for
all versions of Windows x32 and x64, complete as the original disk from
the terminal, a description of the installation for Windows Vista.

HI,
No problem windows 7 will detect the tiump boot device in device manager. Now insert your huawei driver cd and right click the setup. There you can see troubleshoot compatibility and follow instruction same as in xp..
Now i am posting this thread using huawei ets t1 2288 modem in windows 7 home premium

hey download and install Drivergenius 2010
1)Enable automatic updates of Win7 then scan for hardware changes mycomputer >manage>devicemanager and the check updates. (if nt succesful , hope u will success)
2)Download and install Driver genius 2010 update its database then Scan for driver
3) You need to make it full version once drivers are found then only it will allow you to install drivers.
I do have the key,I am online on gtalk frm 8pm to 10pm then frm 2am to 8am
