Can anybody tell me anything about Access Control feature in the router home page(192.168.1.1) Thanks in advance

Access Control is nothing but the different ways through which we can get access to the router.

Just you can give a try disable TELNET in router and then open TELNET terminal in windows and try to connect to the router you wont be able to access the router.
