As a user in Hyderabad/(Secunderabad)
check in selfcare portal VAS options.
I cannot access the pages meant for Hyderabd users only.

In kerala, it's by dialing to 1500 (toll free). We can know our unbilled amount. Please try it. I don't know whether it work at Hyderabad.

The total telephone bill is shown in the web site.
( BB usage as Misc )
if you want details of the STD ISTD calls
you have to apply seperately, and you may get it in web site and along with printed bills.

Well last month, BSNL has slapped me with extra usage bills. It was also getting reflected in web usage but i was sure something is wrong as i never used it.
However i had no proof , i paid bill.
But started observing usage also subscribed to their usage SMS service.
Not to mention , usage mention in SMS and Web Log DOESNT MATCH for sametime line.
Here are proof.
SMS showing Higher usage as of 26 March 10.
Weblog showing Lower usage as of 31 March 10.
How can take up this complaint. I am sure, they have cheated on me last month also.

mention town/city/circle.
Local calls are not usually listed.earlier used to provide printed copy
on payment of Rs 10/= each month.
