    Lightbulb How Proxy Server Works???

    How Proxy server Works???

Proxy server works as intermediate server to send the requests to main servers on Internet on behalf of other computers, so that can hide the identity of actual requester or user using internet. It is like a middleone that works between the user's computer and the server.

When the user sends a request from the computer to proxy server, then the proxy server will communicate with the web server and then return the web page information back to the user’s computer, so that the user’s computer IP can be hidd and prevent unauthorized access to user's computer through the Internet. This kind of proxy server is also called anonymous proxy server. And these are mostly used these days. The net effect of this action is that the remote computer hosting the Web page never comes into direct contact with anything on your home network.

Proxy servers can also make your Internet access work more faster if you access a page on a Web site, it is already cached (stored) on the proxy server. This means that the next time you go back to that page, it normally doesn't have to load again from the Web site. Instead it loads instantaneously from the proxy server and making you surf faster and makes your speed good.

The best proxy servers can be found here:

If you need a proxy server in India then but it is not free and has three days trial periond in which you can try them:

use 127.0.0.1 port 3456 if you really want to use proxy, but be sure as it may slow down your slow internet....

I dont think theirs a need for a proxy server because we already have dynamic IP.
What is the need to hide our identity unless we plan to do something nasty?
