How do i find out my IP address?I have a lenovo laptop and BSNL Wi-Fi router DNA-A211-1.Will the Ip address be avl in the system software?

further what is this "Ping".you have to type the IP address in the command prompt box and click ok it is said.Will someone clarify this for me.

and for ping test go to http:// pingtest.net
