    Default Adblock plus for Chrome

    There was a period in my life when I knew nothing about the browser but internet explorer 6. I was happy with it and the service it provided. It was smart, handy and useful in many different ways. My bubble of this imagination broke when I was first introduced to Firefox. At that time, found tabbed browsing advantageous. It was further late when I first came to know about add ons. Add on are small applications that can add features to a browser. For example an add on called screen grab helps to take the screen shot of active page of your browser window. It can save the file wherever we wish to save. Similarly there is an add on called Adblock plus which allows you to block ads in a web page and help you save your bandwidth.

    Later I was introduced to Google Chrome, a browser from Google family. I was thoroughly impressed by its performance but decided to wait its promotion as my primary browser till it gave feature rich add ons. It seems time has come. Just gone through an adblock add on for Chrome. Make good use of it.

    Nice story dilip !

    There was aperiod of time when i too used IE6 then shifted to Opera then Firefox then Google Chrome then back to Firefox.

    Good addons!

    Go to some old thread and rep inactive members. The forum rules is set in a way that you need to give reps to some 7-8 members before giving the rep to the same person. In my case don't bother. Your comment is more than enough
