Thread: how to configure Telenet Tndsl 2120 Router for bsnl pppoe connection

Hi all
i was using tataindicom broadband for sometime ago. I got Telenet Tndsl 2120 Router along with that tata indicom.
Now i have switched to bsnl. I would like to know how to configure Telenet Tndsl 2120 Router for bsnl PPPOE connectivity.

i tried openinig router admin site and do changes ...i was able to configure to certain level until testing signal upstream strength. However dns server ip address is always pointing to 192.168.1.1 even if i explicitly change dns value's to bsnl dns address like 213.x.x.x.

Pls tell me the steps to configure this modem?

Reset the modem with power on for 20 to 30 seconds. for factory settings.

If you were using a "dialer" enter bsnlID and PW and try .

If failure : see this website. Modem settings pages same.

4.use opendns google 8.8.8.8 and 208.67.220.220.
Save Reboot . Wait for two minutes.
