can anyone tell me cheap and best internet in HSR LAYOUT, Bangalore... ??

maximum budget is 700-800/- , consistency of connection is more important than anything.. speed maybe 512kbps.. please tell something like wireless or cable walla..

please tell me how are the services of local cable walla.. ?
also tell if the prices are negotiable with cable walla or not??

wont like to purchase an extra modem. wont purchase a router.. want easy net for anytime usage.. and can be a FUP of 4gb or UL would be better..


Please also tell me if network is fine with other usb nets..
