BEETEL modemsIntro
An attempt is being made to give details of ALL Airtel modems presently in use for benefit of members here.Usually Once Airtel sets up the connection, rarely, user will need to change anything.In some modems,a remote access is available(client TR_069) which can be disabled(user's option).Usually Airtel CC replaces the modem free of cost, with improved firmware or version.

Basic Beetel 220Bx BX1 110BX BX1 are extensively used,and there does not seem to be in company web site now ,any Quick Install guide
/User manual or Firmware update .

FIRMWARE Update
The device info does not show the FW version and we have to type 192.168.1.1/look.html to get FW version.
Experienced users can Update FW ,but not required./needed normally.
(AIRTEL will replace the modem mostly!!! email 121 @ airtel.in)
However I will give the latest for ADSL MODEM ONLY.one via comand prompt ( old FW version: 1.9 MB)

Now luckily Beetel 110TC1 is based on a similar Utstar modem !

5.Option 5:Access Control -- Passwords
Access to your DSL router is controlled through three user accounts: admin, support, and user.
The user name "admin" has unrestricted access to change and view configuration of your DSL Router.
The user name "support" is used to allow an ISP technician to access your DSL Router for maintenance and to run diagnostics.
The user name "user" can access the DSL Router, view configuration settings and statistics, as well as, update the router's software.
