Thread: watching videos in megavideo (a solution to all major problems)

if you are watching english TV series on megavideo you might have noticed by now that there are a few issues with that site.they are

1.site dosen't allow video watching for more than 72 minutes.
2.most of the videos are out of audio video sync(a major issue).
3.download of videos are not allowed.

well here is a solution to all these problems.

1.to bypass the time limit,restart the modem after watching 72 minutes.you are assigned with a new IP address and then you can start watching from where the video stopped.

2.the second and third problem has a clever solution which i found out.you will need mozilla firefox browser and copy of a download manager named "internet download manager".the latest version is available on torrent sites.get that.also you will have to manually integrate "IDM" with firefox.

ok coming back to the solution part-start firefox browser and go to the megavideo video link through whichever linking site you are using.you will see the white triangle within the red circle in the center of the online video player.press on it once and the video will start playing.now click the "go back one page" button.you will come to the previously opened page.right click any where on the page and go to "download FLV video with IDM".choose "download last requested FLV video".save the video file.now remember that the download can not be paused or resumed,so better close all other downloads in the background,and stop browsing while the download is on.there you have it-a video downloaded from megavideo.now use VLC player to sync the audio with video and you have a perfect video to watch.

haha believe me,it's better to watch english TV series on megavideo than to watch it on TV which has its own schedules,add to that-advertisements,a huge identity channel logo () and subtitles!!
