You need additional wifi router to go wifi to use your Mobile for bsnl broadband. Check links below.
If Possible Exchange for a 3 -in 1 type II midem/lanport/wifi router from bSNL. Cost rs 1600/= plus taxes. rental rs 80 P.M
else buy Netgear wifi router wgr614V9 etc, for about Rs 1500 to Rs 2500/=
