Thread: BSNL Broadband modem C2110

Hi,I m facing much of problem these days with my BSNL Broadband.My modem is C2110.I m from dehradun.It does not at all connect during daytime.The downtime is around 90%.It connects only after 12 at night that too disconnects every 2 mins.I m very frustrated.Its a very Wierd problem ihave encountered within 1 year of usage.I asked a friend about the problem ,he says that there is some problem at dehradun BSNL ofice these days..but he does not have much problem,only occasional disconnects.My landline is also dead from 4-5 days but that problem is not from mainline.I have contacted an official today...he says we will see it on monday(26th)........If ne body has any suggestion plzzz help me......and if somebody from dehradun can tell the exactly how to get rid of the problem........

1. Complain to nodal officer and/or appellate authority. Address and phone no on the backside of your bill.

2. Check your splitter and adapter. Make sure that all connection come after the splitter.
